It’s Thai

What a find a small independent restaurant with tasty and authentic food. Only 6 tables and food cooked to order by a lovely couple who advised and gave us a wonderful evening and meal. All the food was fresh and tasted great tasting the individual ingredients. The service was great giving us time to talk to each other and interact and discuss the food and general interests. I would definitely recommend a meal here.

We've eaten here three times. Each time, we've had delicious food and friendly service. It's a great atmosphere. If you like yummy Thai food and supporting local businesses, then I'd highly recommend It's Thai.

Went for an impromptu meal on a Sunday night with a friend and we were both very happy with the overall experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, they showed a lot of care for our experience, even in small details such as offering to hang jackets, giving us an option of preferred cutlery (silverware or chopsticks) and adjusting the lighting for our comfort (as it was a Sunday evening the restaurant was on a quieter side, however the ambiance was pleasant non the less) the interior is very nice and cozy- tidy, simple and calming vibe with a fun pop of colour in the furniture. The food itself was absolutely delicious- both me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our meals and it is worth to note that the portions were also very generous and the prices very fair. The only bit of constructive feedback I can offer is there didn't appear to be a drinks menu on the table- we did however have the food menus and the wine list and when I asked for a glass of lemonade I was served it with no issues, however it would have been helpful to see what other soft and alcoholic drinks are available- although that really is just me nit picking as I'm sure we would have been given the menus or listed the options with no issues had we simply asked, especially with how lovely the staff is. With all that in mind it was an overall fantastic first impression and I very much look forward to returning again! Thank you all for a lovely evening.

It's a nice family-run place that serves both Thai and English food, as well as bubble tea! Went here for some Thai food and bubble tea. The food was so tasty (chicken gyoza, tofu & veg pad thai, and stir fried tofu & veg with rice). The bubble tea was also good, although it was a bit too sweet for me -- but this isn't a big deal as I assume I would be able to ask for less sugar next time. I had the taro milk tea. I'd visit again for sure.

Visited a few times over last few years. Food is always delicious, fresh, well presented. Couple who run it are a friendly and engaging team - they said they also run a food night at their local pub, weekly maybe. Choice of food without dairy and low gluten, wheat free options, makes it an easy place for me to visit. I think I spoke to them about allergies etc. previously, and they were happy to help, which makes it easier to keep coming back.

Best Thai food experience in Hereford!! Second time now we had the pleasure to enjoy this incredible Thai food. The staff couldn't be nicer and the food is soooooo good and I had many Thai food experiences before, nobody can beat this one!!! Huge thank you all for the surprise birthday cake, you made my night.Looking forward to see you all again soon!!!

If you're looking for a truly authentic Thai dining experience, this restaurant is as close as it gets outside of Thailand. As someone who frequently visits Thailand, I was thrilled to find a spot that captures the essence of Thai cuisine so perfectly. I ordered the papaya salad, a favourite of mine, but the owner informed me that she had to substitute papaya with carrot due to availability. The salad was just as refreshing and flavourful as any papaya salad I've had in Thailand. Would recommend Green curry and minced pork rice. If you love bold, authentic flavors, you’ll absolutely love this place. If you’re not big on spice the owner can adjust spice level for you. I really highly recommended this Thai restaurant!

Very lovely and fresh food that was served very quick as well, me and my partner had a wonderful experience dining here and the bubble tea was very yummy too. Definitely recommend for a nice relaxed ambience and savoury dishes! Staff was also very kind to accommodate to my dietary requests :)
